PURPOSE:To attempt to improve resin impregnation properties and curing properties by using a monofunctional compd. and a polyfunctional compd. having an arom. ring wherein bromine is added on the skeleton as a reactive solvent with radical polymn. capability when a laminate is prepd. by laminating a specified number of sheets of a coated bass material or laminating a copper foil thereon and heat-pressing it. CONSTITUTION:When a laminate is molded by preparing a phenol resin varnish by dissolving a phenol resin and an epoxy resin in a reactive solvent having radical polymn. capability, coating a base material for a laminate with this varnish, laminating specified pieces of this coated base material or laminating a copper foil thereon and heat-pressing it, as a reactive solvent having radical polymn. capability, a monofunctional compd. and a polyfunctional compd. with an arom. ring wherein bromine is added on the skeleton are used. It is possible thereby to attempt to reduce hazards of explosion and fire in a solvent removing process, a loss of the materials caused by scattering of resin mist and manufacturing cost, to suppress the price of the laminate and furthermore to prevent curing speed of the radical polymn. reaction from delaying. |
