PURPOSE:To prevent fiber flock from entering the inside of a shoe during flocking process and from flocking on the lining material which is exposed from the top-line, by a method wherein a sealing material is attached in the to-mouth of the shoe, and adhesive is applied on the surface of the shoe main body to plant fiber flock. CONSTITUTION:A mouth sealing member 20 is inserted into a top-mouth 10a of a boot main body 10, composed of synthetic resin, of a flocked plastic boot. At this time, as the sealing member 20 is inserted through a margin 11 which has a smaller opening than that of the top-mouth 10a, the margin comes in close contact with the sealing member 20. After that, nearly the whole area of the margin 11, the contacting part between the margin 11 and the sealing member 20 and the whole surface of a heel base 30 are masked by masking tapes T, and adhesive is applied over the surface 10b of the boot main body 10 to form an adhesive layer 40. Then, fiber flock 50 is planted on the adhesive layer 40. The mouth sealing member 20 is taken out of the top-mouth 10a, the masking tapes T are peeled off, the margin 11 is cut off along the border line between the top-mouth 10a and the margin 11, and a lining material 60 is laid on the inner surface S of the flocked plastic boot. |
