PURPOSE:To shorten starting time until optical oscillation takes place by mounting a catalyst in a reducing path for reducing decomposing gas, combining the path with a path for supplying new gas, and supplying mixture gas into a body. CONSTITUTION:A tube 21 having a catalyst 20 is connected to a decomposing gas suction port 8 through a gas suction valve to form a reducing path and a tube, i.e., a new gas supply path from a supply gas storage unit 6, is further connected therewith through a check valve 17. Mixture gas is supplied into a body through an air pump 23 via a mixture gas supply port 24. In this case, since the catalyst 20 is heated to a high temperature by the gas itself heated to a high temperature, heater can be eliminated, and preparing operation for heating the catalyst 20 is obviated. Thus, starting time of optical oscillation can be shortened. |
