PURPOSE:To easily obtain required serial data by providing a means which generates the serial data by inserting pattern data read out according to stored sequence to the pattern data supplied from the outside, and a means which controls the insertion of readout data to the data supplied from the outside. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of pattern data by which the bit patterns of serial data constituents (block) are shown are stored in the means 10. Also, the readout sequence of each pattern data is stored in the means 12, and each pattern data is read out sequentially according to the stored sequence with the means 14. The serial data can be generated by inserting read out pattern data to the pattern data supplied from the outside at the means 16, and the insertion is controlled with the means 18. In such a, manner generated data can be easily changed. |
