<p>PURPOSE:To confirm the function of a self synchronizing type scrambler circuit provided in an LSI circuit even when different initial values are set by providing a selection circuit between the gate circuit of the self-synchronizing type scrambler circuit and a PN pattern generation circuit on a jig. CONSTITUTION:The output of the gate circuit 110 and that of a second self- synchronizing type scrambler circuit 500 provided in the LSI circuit are inputted to the selection circuit 100. When the coincidence of the output of first and second self-synchronizing type scrambler circuits 500 and 700 is obtained at a coincidence detection circuit 800, input from the gate circuit 110 is outputted from the selection circuit 100 with a control signal that is the output of the coincidence detection circuit 800. Also, when noncoincidence is obtained, the input from the second self-synchronizing type scrambler circuit 500 provided in the LSI circuit is outputted. The output is inputted to the PN pattern generation circuit 400 on the jig. In such a manner, the function of the second self- synchronizing type scrambler circuit in the LSI circuit can be confirmed even when the different initial values of a resistor in the first self synchronizing type scrambler circuit are set.</p> |
