PURPOSE:To improve the shape holding property at the initial stage after operation by containing a hydraulic calcium phosphate composition material mixed with two hydrates of alpha-type third calcium phosphate and second calcium phosphate at a specific ratio and hydroxyapatite grains with the specific minimum diameter. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic calcium phosphate composition material mixed with two hydrates of alpha-type third calcium phosphate and second calcium phosphate with the Ca/P mole ratio 1.20-1.498 and hydroxyapatite grains with the minimum diameter 0.1-10.0mm are contained. The Ca/P mole ratio is preferably 1.33-1.498. Hydroxyapatite grains obtained by heat treatment at 700 deg.C or above are preferable to accelerate the growth of a new bone for hydroxyapatite (Ca5(PO4)3OH) grains to be used. The shape holding property at the initial stage after operation is improved, and the leakage of a filler from a cut position can be prevented.
