PURPOSE:To previously find out a supplement time or a recovery time and to attain supplement/recovery control by outputting the most appropriate required time based upon a fuzzy rule from the current cash storing capacity and the time change value of the cash storing capacity and executing the fuzzy inference control of the supplement/recovery time. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy controller 38 sets up the residual data of both the current bill residual value X1 and residual trend value X2. These residual data X1, X2 are used as an antecedent part (condition part) and the bill supplement/ recovery time found out correspondingly to the data X1, X2 is used as a consequent part (conclusion part) to set up the fuzzy rule. The most appropriate required time Y1 from the current time up to the supplement/recovery time as the consequent part is found out from the residual data X1, X2 obtained as the antecedent part based upon the fuzzy rule and the fuzzy inference control of the accurate supplement/recovery time Z1 is executed based upon the required time Y1. Since the required time from the current time up to the supplement/ recovery time can be previously accurately grasped, a worker can appropriately grasp the supplement/recovery time and smoothly process operation. |
