The RNA is synthesised in a cell-free system and purified via a density gradient. It can be administered to humans and animals parenterally, in particular intravenously, either directly or together with other acceptable substances, for the purpose of direct therapy, active immunisation and obtaining antisera and antibodies in vivo and in vitro. |
