<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the temperature of a low temperature container by a method wherein the low temperature container is supported by a support body having a beltform metallic layer in which prepreg sheets covered with metallic powder are laminated, and the periphery of the low temperature container is surrounded with a shield sheet having thermal anchors. CONSTITUTION:A fluid container 11 for liquid helium 12 is suspended from the inner side of a vacuum vessel 15 by means of an FRP support body 16 of fiber-reinforce plastic. The periphery of the fluid container 11 is surrounded with first and second thermal shield sheets 13 and 14, and thermal anchors 17 and vacuum layers 18 are formed to the through-parts of the FRP support body 16. The FRP support body 16 is formed such that a plurality of metallic layers 14 formed by partially covering prepreg sheets 21 and 22 with metallic powder are laminated together and a plurality of support columns 23 around which a metallic sheet 25 is wound on the metallic layer 24 are united together. The one end of the thermal anchor 17 is connected to the metallic sheet 25. This constitution sharply reduces transmission of heat to the interior of the fluid container 11 and maintains a very low temperature state.</p> |
