发明名称 REVERSE LINING TECHNIQUE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to completely bring synthetic resin tube into tight contact with existing tube by a method wherein lining material is softened by pressurizing water, which is heated up to the predetermined temperature in a pressurizing and heating vessel, so as to hold the certain shape in order to be turned inside out and proceed in existing tube by means of the pressure of the pressurizing water and the resin pipe of the lining material is restored to its initial shape by means of the pressure and temperature of the pressurizing water. CONSTITUTION:Resin pipe 8 is brought under the softened state by continuously supplying pressurizing water, the temperature of which is higher than the shape restoring temperature and lower than the shape memory temperature of resin pipe 8 composing lining material 7, from a heating boiler 6 to a pressurizing and heating vessel 1. When the tip of the lining material 7 is pulled out of a heat insulation hose 3 so as to become free, the resin pipe 8 restores its shape and turns into softened pipe. Under the state just mentioned above, the resin pipe 8 and the film tube 9 are turned inside out and fixed to a fixing part 4 with a band 10. When the reversing part 11 of the lining material 7 proceeds in the existing tube 12 by means of the pressure of the pressurizing water, the outer surface of the resin pipe 8 comes into contact with the inner surface of the existing pipe 12. At the same time, the pressure and temperature of the pressurizing water act through the film tube 9 on the inner surface of the resin pipe 8. As a result, the resin pipe 8 restores its initial shape and turns back into pipe.
