PURPOSE:To prevent the local deformation of a superconductive field coil when circumferential force is applied to the coil by projecting an insulator along the coil from the slot end when the coil is contained through the insulator into the slot of a coil mounting shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a superconductive field coil 3 is contained in the slot of a coil mounting shaft 2 through an insulator 18, the end of the insulator 18 is projected in the prescribed size C from the end of the slot, and is placed along the end of the coil 3. In this manner, even if the force of circumferential direction D is applied to the coil 3, the local deformation of the end of the slot can be prevented, and the damage of the superconductive coil can be prevented. |
