<p>PURPOSE:To set a desired signal propagation delay time easily and exactly by providing an input signal waveform adjustment means acted in cooperation with an input transistor(TR) and a reference signal input TR 10 a base of the input TR and a base of the reference signal input TR respectively. CONSTITUTION:An output of an input signal wavelength adjustment means 9, 10 connecting to respective input terminals connect to a base of a TR T5 of the input side and a base of a TR 6 of a reference signal input side of an emitter coupled logic circuit(ECL circuit). Then both the input signal wavelength adjustment means. 9, 10 are adjusted selectively so as to obtain the same condition by means of, e.g. the change of a resistance or the like to adjust the current velocity flowing to the input TR T5 and the reference signal input TR T6. Thus, the output wavelength from the ECL circuit is adjusted to ensure the required propagation delay time and the delay time is adjusted with much flexibility through the circuit configuration of the input signal wavelength adjustment means 9, 10 and the how to the selection.</p> |
