The circuit in picture in picture (PIP) mode, displays a frame of channel to be searched in a mother frame of reproduced program or current displaying broadcasted program. The circuit comprises a video signal selecting unit for transmitting gain adjusted first video signal and reproduced video signal to PIP frame composer (40) an audio signal selector for transmitting a first and a second audio signal according to record control signal from a microcomputer and a PIP frame control signal from a second switch, and a mute circuit for composing monoframe by muting PIP frame composing control signal.
