<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an ID card, a cash card, or the like from being forged and to detect a forgery by providing a picture data acquiring means, a picture conversion processing means, and a storage means. CONSTITUTION:A print data generating means consists of a picture data acquiring means 12 which acquires picture data, a picture conversion processing means 14 which subjects picture data obtained from this picture data acquiring means 12 to pattern conversion processing to obtain secret information, and a storage means 16 where converted data from the picture conversion processing means 14 is stored as print data to a printed matter. Thus, it is difficult to detect the conversion processing to which print information of the printed matter is subjected, and its regularity cannot be recognized to effectively prevent foregery. On the check side, printed contents of the printed matter are recognized as picture data in accordance with a preliminarily determined rule and are subjected to inverse conversion to check whether it is the real or not.</p> |
