PURPOSE:To obtain an intra-bone implant which consists of ceramics and metallic core body and is less degraded in joint strength by providing layers which are formed on the surface of the metallic core body and consist of Pd and Al, a metallizing layer formed on the core body side surface of a bioaffinty ceramics surface material and a joining material layer of an Sn-Ag alloy for joining the layers consisting of the Pd and Al and the metallizing layer. CONSTITUTION:There is a metallic core body 1 having a small bullet shape and there is a bioaffinty ceramics surface material 2 which covers this metallic core body 1. The respective previously formed layers which are about 5 to 15mum and consist of the Pd 5 and the Al 6 are formed on the outside surface of this metallic core body 1. The core body side surface of the bioaffinty ceramics surface material 2 has the previously formed metallizing layer 3 of Ti having about 1 to 2mum thickness. The joining material layer 4 for joining the layers of the Pd 5 and the Al 6 on the metallic core body 1 and the metallizing layer 3 of the bioaffinty ceramics surface material 2 exists between both layers. |
