PURPOSE:To perform positioning of high precision by generating an analog signal for interpolation of a digital sizing, signal dependent upon a comparator by the analog signal of an incremental rotary encoder and selecting and adding this generated signal as a feedback signal. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 8 which generates the analog signal for interpolation of the digital fixed-dimension signal dependent upon a comparator 10 by the analog signal of an incremental encoder 7 and an arithmetic circuit 1 which selects and adds this generated analog signal as the feedback signal are arranged. When an analog signal F or I for interpolation of the digital sizing signal is generated by the analog signal of the rotary encoder 7 and is applied, pulses of a signal J are analogically interpolated as shown by an arrow of a signal I, and the position of a motor 6 is corrected to the zero point of the signal I. Thus, positioning of high precision is possible. |
