PURPOSE:To get rid of squeeze out of a molten resin, to obtain a uniform fusion and to prevent a defect caused by uneven thickness by molding a main body with a cylindrical opening having a hole on its peripherical wall and a liquid path connected with the opening and communicating with a hollow part, inserting an elastomer part with a ring-shaped recessed part in the hollow part of the opening and molding a crown part fusing the main part and the elastomer part. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 is injection-molded by using a synthetic resin. The main body 1 has a cylindrical opening 2 which is hollow and has a hole 4 perforating on the outer peripherical wall from the hollow part and a flat projection part 6 which has a cut corner part and a liquid path 7 from the main body side to the hollow part of the opening through a wall 10. Then, an elastomer body 3 which is solid and has a ring-shaped recessed part on its outer periphery and an approximately same diameter as the inner diameter of the hollow part is inserted in the hollow part. In this case, a recessed part 5 is provided on the outer periphery of the elastomer body 3 in such a way that it faces to the opening position of the hole 4 set on the main body 1. A crown part 8 covering the opening part 2 is injection- molded by using the same synthetic resin as that for the main body 1. In this instance, injected synthetic resin passes through the hole 4 set on the opening part 2 of the main body 1 and goes round in the ring-shaped recessed part 5 on the center of the outer periphery of the elastomer body 3 and is cured to fuse the main body 1, the elastomer body 3 and the crown part 8 together. |
