The fat blend comprises (i) a non-interesterified component based on tallow fat or a fraction thereof, and (ii) a mixture of triglycerides obtained by interesterification of tallow fat or a fraction thereof with a liquid oil or a mixture of a liquid oil and a hydrogenated oil. |
