METHOD OF MOISTURE-CORROSION PROTECTION OF METALLIC TANKS' AND GAS STEEL PRESSURE CONTAINERS' INNER SURFACE

The method of moisture-corrosion protection of inner surfaces of metallic tanks and gas steel pressure containers is based on the fact the surface is modified with a layer consisting of 95 to 99 % by weight of α,ω-dimethyl siloxane diol with viscosity of 300 to 10,000 cP and 1 to 5 % by weight of a mixture of dibutyl cindilaurate and polyethoxysiloxane in a ratio of 7:3 to 1:1. The surface of the gas steel pressure container is modified with a mixture of 10 to 50 % by weight of ester of silicic acid of general formula RxSi(GR)4-x, where R is alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms and x is a whole number of 0 to 1, possibly of its polymer with 2 to 20 silicon atoms, 1 to 5 % by weight of Fe, Co, Mn salts of organic acid with 10 to 30 carbon atoms, 0 to 3 % by weight boric acid and 42 to 89 % by weight RCOR, where R is alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms and after a technological break the surface is modified with the abovementioned compound.
