PURPOSE:To shorten the system stop time by constituting a system so that the condition of each device is automatically informed through a telephone line at the time of the stop of the automatic operation system. CONSTITUTION:Device such a such as a working machine 1a and a robot 1b constituting an automatic operation system 1, a vision sensor if, and an automatic informing device 3 are coupled with signal lines, and the condition of each device is sent from a control board 10 to the automatic report device 3. If the system 1 is stopped by some cause, for example, earthquake detection of an earthquake detector 1e, the state at this time is automatically transmitted to a reception equipment. A reception equipment 3b in the division in charge of maintenance confirms reception by a reception confirmation control panel 2a, and the equipment 3b individually restarts each device by a restart control panel 2b to finally restart the whole of the system if necessary. Thus, a monitor for the automatic operation system is unnecessary and the system stop time is shortened. |
