PURPOSE:To obtain an indoor device which can be installed on both a wall and a floor by horizontally providing a diffuser at the center of a front face, and forming an air flow passage at the upstream side of a crossflow fan between the back face of a body and a rear guide and at the downstream side of the rear guide and a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:A diffuser 16 is horizontally provided substantially at the center of the front face 15 of an indoor device body 14, and suction ports 17 are provided at a ceiling and both side faces disposed through the ceiling. A crossflow fan 18 is provided in the body 14, an air flow passage is formed at its upstream side of the back face 19 of the body 14 and a rear guide 20, and its downstream side of the guide 20 and a stabilizer 21. When the body 14 is installed on a wall face, the air in a room is sucked through the ports 17, and turned in its direction by a louver 24 of the diffuser 16 to be diffused substantially horizontally at the time of room cooling or downward at the time of room heating. Even if it is installed on a floor surface 13, the air is diffused upward at the time of room cooling and substantially horizontally at the time of room heating in operation. |
