<p>PURPOSE: To enable repairing or renewing a nozzle of a front surface-protected container by fixing a replacement nozzle to a container by a clamp device having one side is to be supported on a container outer wall or a damaged nozzle and having the other end to be supported on an outer flange of the replacement nozzle, and pressing it against a sealing ring and a container inner wall by the inner flange. CONSTITUTION: A surface-protected replacement nozzle 3 provided with an inner flange 4 and an outer flange 5 and previously assembled is inserted into a damaged nozzle 1 of a container 2. An inner flange 4 is annularly overlapped on a part of a container inner wall near the outer periphery of a container opening 6 at a part of the flange surface. Moreover, a sealing ring 7 is arranged between the flange front surface and the contain inner wall. One side of the seal ring 7 is supported by an outer flange of the replacement nozzle 3 through a divided ring 10, and the sealing ring 7 is moved and fixed in the position through a flange 9 by screws 8. Accordingly, a clamp device composed of parts 8, 9 and 10 is simultaneously used for assembling, centering and sealing of the replacement nozzle 3.</p> |
