PURPOSE:To prevent careless up-and-down shift during release and operation of an accel pedal by providing a load detecting means for an engine and a signal change control means for moderating load signal change to control a change gear with a load signal and a signal from a signal change control means during increased and decreased load, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Signals from a load detecting opening sensor 15, an ignition coil 18, a crank angle sensor 19 for a crank angle and an engine speed signal, etc., are input to a controller 17, the output of which allows a change gear solenoid SOL of an automatic gear (Z) to be driven. The controller 17 memories each speed table corresponding to each gear map for up-and-down shift, controls the automatic gear (Z) in accordance with the opening and speed of a throttle valve 7, performs gear and lock-up judgement and outputs corresponding signals. It is thus possible to prevent careless up-and-down shift during deceleration and perform adequate gear control. |
