PURPOSE:To insert easily within a mold, by a method wherein an insertion plate where a film in a wind-up state is arranged horizontally, a label blanked by a blanking part is sucked and receives the label from a suction plate rotating vertically is provided. CONSTITUTION:An insertion device of a label is constituted of devices each such as a blanking part 9 constituted by arranging a hollow and projected blanking dies 8, 7 on both ends of the label 1 in a wind-up state, a label suction plate 12 sucking the blanked label and a label insertion plate 14 receiving the label from the plate 12 and inserting the same within a mold. The label insertion device blanks the label as it is in a horizontal state, receives the same as it is in the horizontal state with the suction plate 12, turns the same vertical through turning and delivers to the insertion plate 14. With this construction, taking of two leaves of the labels through static electricity or a curling of the same are prevented and the same can be inserted into a fixed position of a blow mold. |
