PURPOSE:To effectively utilize plural application programs by allocating the respective application programs of the plural application programs, which are stored in a memory, to specified keys on a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A memory 6 is equipped with a correspondence table part 6a to store correspondent key information for instructing the execution of the respective application programs, which are stored in the memory, and an initiation control means 1 is provided to compare the inputted key information with the correspondent key information and to control the selective initiation of the specified application program stored in the memory when a power source is turned on. Namely, when the power source is turned on and key input from a key input means 2 is accepted, the initiation control means 1 compares the key information, which are inputted when the power source is turned on, with the correspondent key information and selects the specified application program from the memory 6 and the initiation of the specified application program can be started. Thus, the respective application program can be selected and initiated by simple operation.
