PURPOSE:To facilitate the operations to take out the pots on shipment and increase operation efficiency by growing plants in pots as a porous film is placed between the aqueous nutrient solution and the bottom opening of each pot so that the nutrient solution may not be contaminated and the plant roots may not extend into the solution. CONSTITUTION:For example, a seedling pot 1 is placed on the support 3 and the nutrients for the plant is fed from the nutrient aqueous solution at the level with which the bottom opening 2 of the pot contacts. A porous film 4 having smaller pores than the root cap of the root is placed between the support 3 and the bottom opening 2 and the plant is cultured. Since the roots do not entangle with the roots of other plants, pot collection becomes easy in the delivery shipment. |
