发明名称 BLOOD SAMPLING SEPARATING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: To perform sterilization byγ-rays without exerting adverse effect on the effective action of a gel by using a thixotropic silica/silicone fluid. CONSTITUTION: A slicone fluid having viscosity of 1,000-100,000 centistoke at 25 deg.C is provided. Next, the silicone fluid, a filler and a mesh forming substance in an amt. sufficient to impart thixotropy are reacted in a ratio capable of obtaining a gel having viscosity of 200,000-450,000 and the obtained gel is arranged in a container closed at one end and opened at the other end thereof. Next, the container is evacuated to close the opened one end of the container. Subsequently, the tube and gel of the container is exposed to a sterilizing quantity of electric engineering catching type radiation for a time sufficient to sterilize. By producing the apparatus by these processes, sterilization can be performed by the irradiation withγ-rays or other radiation.
