PURPOSE:To control the speed of driving motors automatically at the time of change of the continuous sheet material by providing a means for outputting the speed control signal to speed command signal output circuits so that the detected value after the judgement becomes the value in the range between the upper limit value and the lower limit value when a judging means judges that the detected value is cut of the range between the upper and the lower limit values. CONSTITUTION:An upper and lower limit values computing means 13 computes the upper limit value and the lower limit value related to the allowable load quantity of each guide roller R1-R3 on the basis of the load divided condition detecting signal of the guide rollers R1-R3. Next, a judging means 14 judges that the detected value from a load divided condition detecting means 12 is in the range between the upper and the lower limit values or not. When the judging means 14 judges that the detected value is out of the range between the upper and the lower limit values, a speed control signal output means 15 outputs the speed control signal to speed command signal output circuits 7A-7C so that the detected value after the judgement becomes a value in the range between the upper and the lower limit values. |
