PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information on a browser meeting the demand of an information registerer side while authenticating personal information, etc. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an information registering means, an information storage means which stores registered information by information registerers and information browsers, and an information display means which displays the stored information. The registered information includes self- evaluation information on the registerers and demand information for picking up information providers that the browsers require and the system is further equipped with an authenticating means which authenticates and evaluates information regarding the registerers and browsers and the registered information and a retrieval matching degree setting means which sets how much retrieved information matches information that a browser requests when the information browser who browses and retrieves the information gains access, thereby retrieving information of an information browser which satisfies the retrieval matching degree that the information browser has set. |
