PURPOSE:To grasp lamellar tear resistance, etc. very easily, by dividing a steel plate to be tested, into two, putting the same surfaces together, and executing prescribed sampling from a block obtained by seaming and sticking this clad surface. CONSTITUTION:A tensile test piece for confirming the lamellar tear resistnce of a steel plate to be used is constituted of 2 members 6a, 6b. As for both the members 6a, 6b, the surface sides to be used, of the steel plate are seamed and stuck tightly by means of friction press-contact or electronic beam welding, etc. In this state, when the tensile test piece whose seamed part 7 is a parallel part is sampled, and a tensile test is performed, one of the member 6a or the member 6b is torn. In this case, if the side of the member 6a has been torn, the member 6b has a characteristic high enough in the plate thickness direction as compared with 6a, and indicates the side of a low characteristic in the vicinity of the surface of the steel plate to be used. In this way, a lamellar tear resisting characteristic can be grasped very easily. |
