摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recover valuable metals in dust, etc. and to make thoroughly non-polluting the harmful components in a title method for admitting molten slag of a high temp. with the lumped matter of the dust and sludge contg. internally a reducing agent by combining a chlorinating agent and reforming agent with the above-mentioned reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:The metal and molten slag tapped from an electric furnace for alloying is gravity-separated in a ladle 2 for the metal and only the molten slag 4 is stored in a ladle 3. On the other hand, the dust and sludge as well as the required amt. of the reducing agent, chlorinating agent and reforming agent are kneaded and are briquetted 5 by a briquetting machine 8. The briquettes are dried and preheated by a device 7 and are prepd. into a feeder 6. The briquettes 5 are simultaneously dropped from the feeder 6 in the stage when the molten slag 4 falls into the ladle 3 to mix thoroughly the briquettes and the molten slag. The sensible heat of the molten slag is transmitted to the briquettes 5 to accelerate the chlorination reduction reaction of Ni and Fe therein and the reforming of the steel making slag by the reforming agent. After the molten slag 9 completed of the treatment is released or solidified by cooling, the molten slag is disintegrated and dressed in a dressing stage 10 by which the molten slag is separated and recovered to and as the reduced metal grains and the reformed ore making slag.</p>
