PURPOSE:To eliminate the adverse influence of parasitic capacity and to obtain high resolution by providing signal lines of a matrix curcuit with the function of an inductor and composing LC delay lines of the inductors and the capacity of switches. CONSTITUTION:The matrix circuit 10 is constituted by connecting signal lines 2(1) - 2(m) and signal lines 3(1) - 3(m) to the fine inductor 101 in series. At intersection of the signals 2 and 3, both signal lines are connected by switch circuits 102 with high input/output impedance. Capacitors C1 and C2 are connected to inputs and output terminals of the switch circuits and combined with the inductors of the signal lines 2(1) - 2(m) to constitute LC delay lines. Similarly, the capacitors C2 provided at the outputs are combined with the inductors of the signal lines 3(1) - 3(m) together with the output capacity C0 of an FET to constitute LC delay lines. Consequently, a decrease in frequency band due to capacity is eliminated and an ultrasonic frequency is increased to obtain high resolution. |
