Process for automatic change of radio transmission channel - allows participants to switch channels if interference continues to effect transmission

A method for automatic changing of transmission channels in which the sender and the addressee agree on one from a list of alternative channels. Each cycle is divided into a first half cycle and a second half cycle. The sender sends a first call message to the address in the first half cycle along the chosen channel and waits for the return of an answer message from the addressee. If the answer is not received or is distorted the sender repeats the first call message in the first half of the next cycle along the same channel. If the answer is correctly received, the sender sends a second call message in the second half cycle and so on. If answer signals continue to fail to be received or continue to be distorted, the sender and the addressee choose a new transmission channel and change over to it. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used in radio data transmission to allow transmission channel to be changed if interference persists. Data can continue to be transmitted successfully.
