PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal evaporator having excellent vaporizing condition of liquid from a liquid sucking core by constituting the thermal evaporator in such a way that the liquid sucking core attached to a bottle is heated by heating mechanism equipped with a slit. CONSTITUTION:A bottle 12 is fixed to a receiver 7, then the receiver 7 is raised or a main body A of device is moved downward and further the receiver 7 is somewhat rotated against the main body A and made into a locked state by a pawl (b). A thermal evaporator having set the bottle 12 is switched on, a liquid sucking core 13 is heated by a heating member 3 and an insecticide is vaporized from an evaporation hole 14 to the atmosphere. In the evaporation under heating, not only the core 13 is approximately uniformly heated from the periphery, but also air is sent from a slit 3a attached to the heating member 3 to effectively form rising air flow. Consequently, an insecticidal solution is effectively dispersed from the heated core 13 to improve insecticidal effects. |
