PURPOSE:To reduce vibrations in two axial directions which are orthognal together in a horizontal plane and torsional vibrations in a building, by arranging three additional weight driving devices having their drive axes forming a triangle, and as well by providing a control circuit for driving the additinal weights in accordance with vibration in the building. CONSTITUTION:Three additional weight driving devices 4a, 4b, 4c are secured so that the drive-directional axes of three additional weight driving devices 4a, 4b, 4c form a triangle. A control circuit delivers a predetermined displacement value, and a predetermined speed value to control an acuator 20, thereby the control force of the additional weight drive devices 4a, 4b, 4c are generated. |
