PURPOSE: To coat the inner surface of a casing with an additive agent by providing a channel, through which coating liquid is supplied to a cylindrical section, at a conical trapezoidal section and distributing the coating liquid through the loop-shaped groove of the cylindrical section vertically or to an inclined groove. CONSTITUTION: The liquid-state additive agent is supplied through an orifice 20 of a sizing ring 10 to an expanded groove part 25, and the liquid-state additive agent is equally distributed to a loop-shaped groove 24 and a vertical groove 26 or the inclined groove. When passing the casing through the sizing, the inner surface of the casing is coated with the additive agent from the outer surface of the sizing ring. |
