PURPOSE: To shorten a time of making coffee by putting roasted crushed coffee grains into more than three sections split by several ribs jointed to a ring and by vacuum-packing a cassette housed by bottom and upper filter. CONSTITUTION: A cassette includes a ring element 36, ribs 407 and upper filter 42, lower filter 44 and coffee grains 24. The ring element 36 is to mark out an inner space 46 in which ribs 40 are crossing inside to partition it into several compartments 46a-46d. 75%, favorably 95% of the coffee grains equally put in each compartment 46a-46d are in a range of at least 200 to 500 microns in size. A package called a vacuum sealed pack is obtained by putting a fabricated cassette in a packet and sealing it up after extracted out all or most of the air. The cassette is able to maintain fresh flavoring grains 24 as the oxygen is removed off during the vacuuming, which causes respective compartment 46a-46d to reconstruct grains in it to become a tight mass. |
