PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit with long service life and high reliability by constituting a switch with series connection of plural semiconductors and adjusting the switching timing of each series stage with a timing adjustment circuit. CONSTITUTION:A switch is constituted by series connection of FETs 8 and a conduction signal of the switch outputted from a signal generating circuit 12 is inputted to a drive circuit 9 via a timing adjustment circuit 11 and an optical fiber 10 to make the FETs 8 conductive. Thus, even when the gate capacitance or the like of the FETs 8 different from each other, the conduction signal inputted to the drive circuit 9 is deviated by adjusting the timing adjustment circuit 11 to match the switching timing of each series stage of the FETs 8 in the same time finally. Thus, since a transient overvoltage is not applied to a local part of the FETs 8, the destruction of the FETs 8 is evaded and a pulse generating circuit with long service life and high reliability is obtained. |
