摘要

PURPOSE:To form a reflecting layer having high corrosion resistance and high reflectance and to obtain high reliability of the medium by forming the reflecting layer of a specific alloy on a recording layer side of substrate. CONSTITUTION:The reflecting film 12 comprising 95-70 wt.% Ni, 20-4 wt.% Cr and 10-1 wt.% Ag is formed on the recording side of the substrate 11. Then a protective film 13 of UV-curing resin is formed to constitute the optical disk.
