PURPOSE:To exactly decide an aperture angle by deciding the various size relations between the 1st and 2nd distances with plural positions, determining the pattern interruption range between wiring patterns and through-holes and deciding relative positional relations. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 11 disposed on a stage 10 is sent in a transporting direction Y while the image thereof is read by a reader 20 in every line direction X. The image data read by the reader 20 is binarized by binarizing circuits 21a, 21b. The binary signals are inputted as a hole image original signal HIS0 and a pattern image original signal PIS0 to a through-hole inspecting circuit 30. The relative positional relations of the through-holes and wiring patterns are inspected in the circuit 30 and the results thereof are applied to a central processing unit (MPU) 50. A control system 51 is controlled by the MPU 50. The X-Y address for specifying the address of the data obtd. in the circuit 30 is formed in the control system 51. The X-Y address is applied to a stage driving system 52 as well, by which the transporting mechanism of the stage 10 is controlled. The results of the various computations are displayed 60. |
