PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of the number of persons, the reduction of an artificial mistake, and the reduction of a time by acquiring a required certificate only by inputting a claimant code and a certificate code. CONSTITUTION:A first inspection means 12 judges whether or not an identification code corresponding to the claimant code inputted with a first input means 11 is registered on a data base, and a second inspection means 14 judges whether or not certificate information corresponding to the certificate code inputted with a second input means is registered on information corresponding to the claimant code. A processing means 15 extracts the information corresponding to both the claimant code and the certificate code from the data base, and edits them from a recording format on the data base to the format issuable the certificate, and an output means 16 outputs edited information according to the format of the certificate. Thereby, it is possible to dispense with a window clerk, and to perform the issurance of the certificate without causing the artificial mistake in a short time. |
