PURPOSE:To obtain a device to generate strong X rays in a limited area by forming a specific character of X-ray emitting membrane on a single crystal membrane, irradiating electron beams from the surface of the X-ray emitting membrane, and emitting parallel X rays from the lower side of the single crystal membrane. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a single crystal 1 of CuBe, Si, Be, or the like, a specific character of X-ray emitting membrane 2 of W, Cu, Al, C or the like is formed thinly. And by irradiating electron beams 3 while scanning or as a bulk from the front surface of the specific character of X-ray emitting membrane 2, X rays are emitted almost parallel from the rear side of the single crystal membrane 1. And by irradiating the electron beams in the form of a figure, or by forming the specific character of X-ray emitting membrane 2 in the form of a figure, the X rays are also emitted in the form of the figure. In such a way, the X rays of a strong intensity can be generated in a limited area. |
