<p>PURPOSE:To control revision of a vertical address signal externally by providing a mask means making selectively a carry signal from a horizontal address means to a vertical address means according to a mask signal. CONSTITUTION:A picture data inputted to an input terminal 24 is applied to a writer register 12 via an input buffer 16 and the write is controlled by a horizontal address signal 20H from a write counter 20 and transferred to a storage section 10. On the other hand, a readout counter 22 is transferred to a readout register 14 with a vertical address signal 22V by designating a data of the storage section 10 and outputted from an output terminal 26. A serial parallel conversion circuit 34 of the readout counter 22 outputs an initial value to generate horizontal and vertical addresses to FFs 32, 30 and outputs an incremental step number to adders 36, 38 to output a signal to cause a ripple carry from the horizontal to the vertical period from a FF 30 to a FF 32 to a comparator circuit 44. An AND circuit 42 masks an output (carry) of the comparator circuit 44 according to a mask signal MASK.</p> |
