PURPOSE:To extremely prevent generation of foams by equipping a conducting pipe for connecting a vulcanizing tank to a melting tank, a changing means capable of selectively changing the vertical, positional relation between the vulcanizing tank and the melting tank and a pressurizing means for pressurizing the insides of both tanks. CONSTITUTION:An electric heating heater 3 is provided in the circumferential direction in a vulcanizing tank 1. An electric heating heater 6 is provided in the circumferential direction in a melting tank 5. The insides of the vulcanizing tank 1 and the melting tank 5 communicate through a conducting pipe 21. A rubber hose 71 being a material to be vulcanized is housed in the vulcanizing tank 1 free from molten salt. Thereafter the insides of the respective tanks 1, 11 are pressurized and then molten salt K in the melting tank 11 is transferred into the vulcanizing tank 1 through the conducting pipe 21 and the rubber hose 71 is immersed in the molten salt K. This rubber hose 71 housed in the vulcanizing tank 1 is surely pressurized before it is heated. Foams are prevented from being generated from the rubber hose 71. |
