PURPOSE:To conduct excellent heat exchange between indoor air to be discharged and air to be taken onto the indoor side by a construction wherein a heat exchanger having first and second air passages intersecting each other perpendicularly is disposed inside a casing and the first air passage is made to communicate with an air intake port for ventilation and the second air passage with a suction port by a damper mechanism. CONSTITUTION:For a ventilating operation, dampers 61 and 62 are shaken horizontally to open air passages 41 and 42 of a heat exchanger 4. Thereby an intake port 13 for ventilation is made to communicate with a blowoff port 12 and a suction port 11 with a discharge port 14 for ventilation, and each of tans 3 and 5 is driven. In the air passages 41 and 42 of the heat exchanger 4, indoor air and outdoor air are made to pass therethrough crosswise respectively, so that heat exchange be executed. For an operation both for aircleaning and ventilation, the damper 62 is turned to be vertical to cut off the suction port 11 from the air passage 42 of the heat exchanger 4, while the damper 61 is shaken to open both the suction port 11 and the air passage 41, and the suction port 11 and the intake port 13 are made to communicate with the blowoff port 12. |
