<p>PURPOSE:To make the provision of heater on drying chamber side unnecessary, reduce equipment cost and save energy by a method wherein the remaining heat of heaters, which soften skin material by heating, on a heating oven side is effectively utilized. CONSTITUTION:In the forming process for forming laminate such as vehicular or automobile door trim W, adhesive w2 is applied by spraying with a spray gun onto the surface of base material w1. By introducing the heat energy (remaining heat) of heaters 14 and 14, which soften skin material w3, of a heating oven 15 through a duct 10 in a drying chamber 8, the adhesive w2 applied on the surface of the base material w1 is dried by the heat energy. The skin material w3, which is softened in the heating oven 15 under the condition being held with a clamping jig 16, is fitted to the surface of the base material w1 by evacuating the set stand 18 side in the box 23 of a vacuum forming equipment 21 so as to integrally glue the skin material w3 through the adhesive w2 to the surface of the base material w1 by lowering a pressing mold 20.</p> |
