PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanism by arranging a sprocket linked with an engine inside a sliding door and bringing the sprocket to a slidable state together with the engine. CONSTITUTION:When a sliding door 1 is opened and closed automatically, a connector 20 is lowered and a chain 6 is engaged with the connector 20 when a door lock knob 24 is pushed, and the chain 6 is brought to an unturned fixed state. When a door engine 9 is driven and a sprocket 10 is turned, the chain 6 is slid laterally together with the door 1, the door 1 is projected outside a car, and the sprocket 10 and the engine 9 are projected. When the door 1 is opened and closed manually, the knob 24 is lifted or a key is inserted into a key hole and the door 1 is unlocked by the rocking of a key-hole lever 25, and the connector 20 is elevated and engagement with the chain 6 is released. A door handle 26 is pulled by a hand, and the door 1 is slid. |
