PURPOSE:To enable coffee powder to be automatically agitated at the time of brewing the coffee powder by setting a rotary wing for spreading and settling the floating coffee powder, with the use of the movement of air and hot water rising from a server, in a funnel. CONSTITUTION:A server 7 with contained water is set on a heating source (a heating plate 3 having a heater 2), and on the server, a funnel 12 with contained coffee powder is fitted. After that, when water in the server is heated by the heating source, then pressure in the server is heightened, and by and by, boiled water in the server is run into the funnel 12 through a siphon tube 13, and the coffee powder mounted previously on a filter 38 in the funnel floats on a water surface. In the funnel, air turned out of the server through the filter is turned into bubble to rise, and is struck against a rotary wing 42 set in the funnel. Then, the rotary wing is rotated, and water including the coffee powder is agitated, and the coffee powder is uniformly spread to be settled in water. |
