PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of the sealing resin due to bending of a lead wire and stabilize a stator burning preventing function by a method wherein the first insulating tube and the second insulating tube are applied on the root of the lead wire of a temperature fuse in double. CONSTITUTION:A temperature fuse 4 is constituted of a fusible body 9 sealed in a case 8, whose both ends are sealed tightly by sealing resin 7. Upon mounting, lead wires 6, led out of both ends, are bent along a coil 2. The first insulating tube 10 is applied on the lead wire 6 of the temperature fuse 4 to the root of the same while the second insulating tube 11 is applied to a sealing resin 7 across the end of the case 8 and the end of the first insulating tube 10. According to this method, a force to break the sealing resin will never be applied even when the lead wire is bent since the root of the leading wire is covered in double by the first and second insulating tubes and the bending rigidity of the same is higher than the other parts of the same whereby the air-tightness of said part will never be lost and error will never be generated in the performance of the fusible body. Accordingly, a stator burning preventing function may be stabilized. |
