PURPOSE:To manufacture the FRP core material at a low cost by a method wherein resin sheet, which is produced by putting another film on a film, onto the surface of which thermosetting resin liquid is applied so as to sprinkle or place glass fibers over or on said surface, fixing the films together by pressure and deaerating the resultant films, is heated and wound round a large number of round bars in order to be formed in a continuous S-shape and set. CONSTITUTION:Cut glass fibers 5 are sprinkled over the surface of running carrier film 1, onto which unsaturated polyester resin liquid 2 is applied. Further, the same film 9 is fed on said film 1 so as to pinch said sprinkled surface of the glass fibers from both sides by the carrier films 1 and 9 for running, fixing by pressure and deaerating the resultant films in order to form in a continuous S-shape by being wound round heated round bars 22 and 23 and set. Thus, FRP core material can be produced at a very low cost. |
